Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, reservations, and agreements relating to all accommodations and other facilities by Harbor Hotel & Casino Curaçao (“Harbor”) or companies booked through them, to the exclusion of all other general terms and conditions.

Note: The applicable tax rate is 7% and the service charge is 6%.

Flexible rate 

The guest can cancel his/her reservation free of charge until 6:00 PM (Curaçao local time) three days prior to arrival.  Cancellations after this time will be charged for 100% of the booking amount. 

Harbor only accepts cancellations in writing via an email to the following address: hello@harborhotelcuracao.com. All cancellations are confirmed via email once the reservation has been canceled. 

Non-refundable rate 

With a non-refundable rate, the guest is not able to change or cancel his/her stay and thus will be charged 100% of the booking amount. Harbor is authorized to charge the guest’s credit card at any moment after making a non-refundable reservation. 

Please be aware that the charged credit card needs to be presented at check-in. 

For any unforeseen incidents, we advise guests to always take travel and/or cancellation insurance.

Non-Smoking Policy 

Harbor is a non-smoking property. Therefore, all rooms at Harbor are non-smoking and smoking in public areas is prohibited.
